The webshop is open 24 hours a day, but we reserve the right for any shutdowns in connection with updates.

Orders placed on a public holiday or on the weekend will not be processed until the next weekday.

We do not process orders placed via email, letter or over the phone.

Before you place an order, you have the option to change the information you have entered, as well as delivery and payment information. In addition, you have the option of making changes to your order or removing items from your shopping cart.

Once you click "Place Order Now", a receipt will appear on your screen. From this point, you are bound to the purchase and you will receive an email with an order confirmation.

Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when placing your order.

Or if you have not received an order confirmation.

We offer a two-year EU warranty on all products from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not improper use or treatment of the product.

If you discover manufacturing defects on items you have received from the webshop, please contact our customer service department.

For items with manufacturing defects purchased from a retailer or our stores, please contact the place of purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

When your items leave the warehouse to be shipped, your payment will be deducted via the selected payment service.
We always offer secure payment methods. This means that data transmitted between you and BITTE KAI RAND is kept confidential and the credit card information is never stored. You will therefore be asked to enter your credit card information every time you place an order on our webshop.

Prices on the webshop are shown in the currency of your country. Please use "ship to" at the top of the webshop if you wish to change your country selection.
Your delivery address determines the applicable currency.

Please note that changing your country may affect price and shipping costs.

You can pay in the following currencies:
- Danish Krone (DKK)
- Swedish Krona (SEK)
- Norwegian Krone (NOK)
- Euro (EUR)
- English Pound Sterling (GBP)

If it appears on your purchase that your chosen delivery country and currency do not match, we may have to cancel your order and ask you to re-order.

You have the right to return your goods without justification within 14 days.

The return deadline expires 14 days after the date on which you physically received the item or 14 days after the items were delivered to a parcel box.

In connection with returns, I recommend that you save the receipt from the post office/carrier as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office/carrier.

Please note we do not have free return.  The item can be returned and we will refund your money. 

We do not exchange items to other sizes or colors. If you need to exchange to a different size or colour, you have to make a new order.

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of your shipping costs.

When you return an item, you must fill out the return form that comes with your delivery. It is important that you fill out the form so that we can process your return correctly.

It is possible to exchange for another size if you wish to do so. The same conditions apply as for a refund (unused item and in original condition).

Please note, that we do not exchange items on sale. And we do not make exchanges outside the EU. If you want another size or colour, return the order and make a new one.

If you want to exchange your received item, you must fill out the return form that comes with your delivery and note which size you want to exchange it for. However, you pay for the shipping cost to return the item if you live outside of Denmark.

Please note, however, that it is not possible to exchange for another size if the order is delivered outside the EU.

We will be happy to send you your new item free of charge if the delivery address is within the EU as soon as we have received the item you wish to exchange.

It is not possible to send a package back to a parcel shop. If the package is sent back to a parcel shop, it is at your own risk to have the package delivered to the above address.

You can also exchange your item for another size in one of our own BITTE KAI RAND stores, under the same conditions. The same applies if you want a refund for your online purchase. All you have to do is bring the goods and a copy of your billing to the store.

It should be noted that a refund cannot be paid out directly by a store employee.

They will receive your goods and your billing and then ask our head office to refund the money to you.


You have 24 months right of complaint from the time of delivery.

If you have a product purchased on the webshop that you want to complain about, please report it to our customer service at e-mail [email protected] or tel: +45 8891 9907. Please send a picture of the error and your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Defective on arrival:

You can use the return label provided in the package to send your complaint to us.

Please enclose the return note describing the defect with the product.

If you don't have any of these, a handwritten note with the order number will do.

Take the parcel to the parcel service and ensure you get a receipt, so you have proof of shipping.

If you pay the shipping yourself it is also important to get the receipt for this, as in case of an accepted complaint, we will refund reasonable return costs.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse, it typically takes a few working days before we have processed the complaint. You will then be contacted directly.

Note: During busy periods, such as the start of the season in March/April and August, as well as the period of January after Christmas, we see extended processing times.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold refunds until we have received the goods.

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of your shipping costs.

You will receive an email from BITTE KAI RAND with a credit note, which documents that your money has been refunded from our system.

Please note that it can take up to 20 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. How long it will take depends on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control. In the event that we are unable to refund to your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

If you have made your purchase using a Mastercard, please note that it may take up to 30 days before you can see your refund.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the item must be unused with all the original tags. The item must not have been washed or cleaned. It must be unused and free of fragrance, perfume, make-up, and deodorant. The items are your responsibility until we have received them at our warehouse.

If these conditions are not met, there will be cases where the item loses its value and you will not be entitled to receive the full amount. However, this does not apply to complaints.

You will always be informed in connection with the collection of personal data about you.
The personal data collected by us may include your name, your email address, your location, information about an online purchase and about your navigation on the webshop.

We collect data in relation to the following two points:
1. When you buy goods online at

- Completion of online purchases
- Participation in competitions
- Send-outs of newsletters and SMS
- Send-outs of marketing material
- Overview of purchase history
- Statistics

We do not sell or disclose information about your purchase history to third parties or transfer your personal data without your permission.

Your information is used in connection with shipping, where your information is transferred to the shipping company used by BITTE KAI RAND. In addition, information is also transferred to BITTE KAI RAND's partners, for example in relation to send-outs of newsletters. The partners process personal data for BITTE KAI RAND in accordance to applicable law.

The information we store will not contain your payment information or credit card information.

We use cookies to collect information about your activities on our webshop.

Cookies are small data files stored by your browser. Cookies contain information about which parts of our webshop you have visited. We do not use cookies to store or collect personally identifiable information. They allow us to personalise your online experience with us and to improve your user experience.

Cookies cannot transmit viruses to your computer or collect other information from your computer.

You are free to decline the use of Cookies, and still be able to use our webshop.

You can disable the use of Cookies if desired. However, it prevents the use of the certain feature on, including the ability to customise services for you.

We use first-party and third-party cookies. Our first-party cookies are placed by, and are used, for example, to remember login, web analyses and your choice of language. This helps to improve your user experience when visiting our website.

Third-party cookies are placed by a third-party website.

Examples of our third-party cookies are social plugins, cookies for targeting of marketing and collecting of web statistics. Examples of our third-party cookies are Google and Facebook.

All online shopping on our website is subject to Danish law.

You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.

All stated prices for goods, delivery costs, and other expenses are inclusive of taxes and duties.

We deliver with DDP, Delivered Duty Paid is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port.

Moreover, the risks to the seller are broad and include VAT charges, bribery, and storage costs if unexpected delays occur.

We deliver our orders within 5-8 business days from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on a public holiday or on the weekend will not be processed until the next business day.

There may be delays in the delivery time, in connection with promotional offers and sale periods.

Danish customers are free to choose between delivery to their own address, work address, GLS parcel shop or delivery to one of our stores.

GLS has more than 500 parcel shops in stores across the country, such as kiosks, supermarkets, petrol stations and selected Coop stores.

Once your package has been received at your desired delivery location, you will receive an email or SMS stating that the package is ready for collection.

Outside the EU, orders are shipped by DHL, UPS or GLS and take 3-5 days. Any customs duties are paid by the customer.

You must sign upon receipt of the goods. If you do not have the opportunity to sign yourself, people at the delivery address can sign for the receipt with binding effect for you.

Your items are delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery is to take place and which shipping company is used.

Be aware of lost goods or damage when you receive your delivery.

If the package is damaged, please decline to receive the goods.
