Bitte Kai Rand has been a directional Danish fashion house since 1981. Today we continue to embrace a larger than life aesthetic rooted in eight keywords and one strong vision:

The Bitte Kai Rand sensibility is not for the timid wallflower or the conservative dresser. We create clothes that are meant to make you feel strong, confident and carefree.

ARCHITECTURAL
We are inspired by the Danish Modern design tradition,the German Bauhaus school and the Japanese attention to detail.
GRAPHIC
We create every item with a strong focus on the graphic shapes that suit the body and challenge the eye. We take our aesthetic cues from strict geometrical rules as well as natures organic shapes.
COLOURFUL
While we can appreciate a strong, monochrome look we always leave room for playful splashes of colour in every look and in every collection.
ABUNDANT
More is more! Why be a minimalist when you can be abundantly happy in love, in life and in fashion?
We adore oversize fits, the charming layering of favourite pieces and the quirky addition of a scarf, a hat or a pair of suspenders.
CONTRASTS
Character is created by contrasts.
We love to clash rough textures with soft textiles, mixing a masculine jacket with a feminine skirt and let opposites attract when we create, design and style our collections.

We started our creative endeavours with the honourable Danish knitting tradition, and although we have evolved to other signature fabrics and fits, the knitted items continue to be at the core of our DNA.

We have always embraced the cool gender bender expression, the tailored suits, the oversized crisp shirts.
