Feathers in the air skirt

This skirt is a real showstopper. Several layers of tulle in generous amounts give the skirt lots of fluffy volume. The skirt is decorated with small leaves of tulle that move with every movement. Just add a simple shirt or fitted blouse and you have a fabulously beautiful outfit.
