Within Denmark: You will receive a return shipping label in your parcel, which you can affix to it before dropping it off at your nearest GLS shipping location.

Outside of Denmark: We do not offer free returns outside of Denmark, so you should send the parcel back at your nearest post office or via another courier.
If you haven't received an order confirmation from us after paying for your order, please check your 'junk' mailbox or spam filter.

You may have also simply made an error when tying your email address. If this is the case, please contact our web shop customer service team at contact@bittekairand.dk. We will correct the error, and you will receive an order confirmation.
You can exchange your purchase at one of BITTE KAI RAND's own stores, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.

You can also receive a refund under the same conditions. Your refund will be paid out not by the store, but by our headquarters. If you would like your parcel returned, bring a copy of your order confirmation to the store.
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be credited to the credit card with which you paid.

Return shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount due, unless you are returning defective products.

You will receive an email confirmation from BITTE KAI RAND containing a credit note on the same day the amount is refunded to your account.

Please note that it may take up to 20 working days before a refund is credited to your account. This is particularly the case for purchases made with a Mastercard.

Thee time this takes depends on your bank or card issuer, and is beyond our control.
As soon as your package is transferred to GLS from our warehouse, it is GLS's responsibility to deliver your package within 1 to 2 days. You will receive an email with a tracking link for you to track your package.

You can always call the shipping centre you specified to see if they have received the package.

NOTE: What if I haven't received a tracking link?
- This may be due to a simple error made while typing your email address. Call the shipping centre first to ask if the parcel has arrived. If it has not, call our web shop customer service team.
We have our own stores in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. We always recommend contacting our stores to see if a style is available there. Even if the store isn't near you, they will be able to send it to you.

If you are a customer outside of Scandinavia, you can write to our web shop customer service team to receive a list of which retailers have purchased the style. You can then contact them directly.
Under each product in the e-shop, you can find the leg length for the size small, from which you can figure the difference.

Length B is 8 cm longer than length A.
