By using and shopping on our Website, you automatically agree to accept the Terms and Conditions listed below.
The online store is open 24 hours a day, except due to maintenance work.
After placing and confirming an order on bittekairand.com online store, the order is binding and you will receive a receipt by e-mail from us. This receipt is an automated notification from us
that we have received your submitted order.
You will receive an order confirmation, when we have processed your order and it is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse.
We cannot accept orders made by telephone or e-mail.
We offer two-year EU warranty on all our products from the purchase date. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and not incorrect use or wrong treatment of the product.
We offer free delivery on all orders within the EU.
Non-EU countries will be charged a shipping cost of € 45.
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days between Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders to EU-countries are delivered with GLS. All orders will be dispatched from our head office in Copenhagen. Shipping in Denmark takes 1-2 business days and 3-4 business days to other
Customers in Denmark can choose from delivery to a company or home address or they can choose a pick-up place at a GLS Pack Shop. GLS has more than 500 (package) shops in Denmark.

If you choose delivery to a GLS Pack Shop, you will receive an email from the selected Pack Shop, when your parcel is ready to be collected.
DHL is handling all delivery to non-EU countries, which takes around 3-5 business days. The customer will be responsible for any duties or taxes added on delivery.
All parcels must be signed for when delivered, except if the courier provides another option. Please note that we do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes.
All prices are inclusive VAT.
The order amount will be deducted from your account, when your order is processed in our order system and it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We accept regular Credit Cards for payment at Bittekairand.com. Please note, that you can be charged a fee for payments with selected Credit Cards.
Bittekairand.com ensures Secure Payment. This means, that data passed between you and Bittekairand.com is kept confidential and the credit card data will never be stored on the website Bittekairand.com. Therefore, we will ask you to enter your credit card details every time, you place an order at our website.
All available prices on the website is calculated in the currency, that refers to the country you are placing your order from (the IP address at your computer). The delivery address provided will determine the currency of your payment. If you are placing an order in a non-EU country, you will automatically be charged in Euro.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Making a return or exchange is very easy.
You can easily exchange items that are unused, unworn and intact with the original tags on.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or color. All changes are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge, as soon as we have received the item your wish to exchange.
You can also exchange your online purchase in one of BITTE KAI RAND’s own concept stores, provided that the item is unused, unworn and with original tags.
If you want a refund on your online purchase, please bring a copy of your receipt with you.
You can return purchased items by sending them back to us within 14 days after receiving your order. We only accept returns of items purchased online if they are unused and unworn with the original tags still on.
You will pay for the return shipping.
For Danish customers we have enclosed a prepaid return label with your order. Under special offers where the item is more than 50% discounted, you will have to pay for the shipment when you use your right of withdrawal"
The cancellation period begins the day you receive the order and you must inform us by email if you wish to return your purchased items.
When returning your items, please use the Return Form that you received with your order and send the order back to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
Items, must be returned to us in perfect condition in order to receive a full refund.
Make sure that all items are exactly as you received them with the original tags on. The items, must not have been washed or dry cleaned. You are welcome to try the item on like in a regular store.
If the above conditions for returns and exchanges are not complied, there will be cases where the item will lose its value and you will not be eligible to receive a full refund. This does not apply to accepted claims.
Return packages must be clearly marked as returned merchandise on the shipping box.
You pay for return shipping and any additional customs and taxes combined with shipping the item. Except for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
If you wish to return items, please note the following:
BITTE KAI RAND
All returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and without the smell of perfume, make-up or deodorant.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning items to us. The items will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
RECEIVING AF REFUND
The moment we receive your returned package, we will arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Shipping cost and any customs and duties will be deducted from your credit. Except in cases of the return of damaged items.
You will receive a confirmation email from BITTE KAI RAND when the refund is transferred to your account.
Please note, that it can take up to 20 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this will take depends on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately, this delay is outside our control. In the event that we are unable to refund to your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternate way of refunding your order.

We collect personal data from you whenever you actively enter and register information on Bittekairand.com or use the online store. The collected data is only for BITTE KAI RAND’s use. The personal information collected from our customers (name, address, phone, email address etc.) will be used in connection with BITTE KAI RAND’s customer files
The data collected on BITTE KAI RANDs site is only intended for BITTE KAI RAND.
The data collected through your order process will only be used in connection with BITTE KAI RAND’s customer data files with your consent. Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent and acceptance.

The stored information will not contain payment information such as credit card numbers.
